From a few recent trips to Pike Place Market: I love the colors of the market and here is this summer's homage, in a film that captures beautiful color. These were shot with two different kinds of Kodak Portra over the last two weeks. Hover over the shots to see their titles.

Stunning MPG! Your film shots are beautiful! Love them all!
Beautiful images! :)
these are the first photos of Pikes that actually make me want to brave all those tourists and go down there.
Lovely, lovely stuff.
Wow, that second photo is stunning! You and Scott should fill that coffee table book on Seattle!
I love these ... Isn't Portra fantastic? I'm so thankful that you introduced me to that film. :-)
Also, I would like to buy a print of the "TEA" photo. *cough*etsy*cough*
You capture Seattle so well.
Beautiful pictures. I love how they capture the feel of the market. You make me want to start using film again!
Great pics! I just got off 35 mm camera and finally fell in love with digi for its ease of editing/uploading etc. Your pics make me wanna go back to film! Also, those pics remind me of our lovely 2008 summer trip to Seattle on our way to Alaska. I have very similar pics of that market LOL! Y
Awesome photos Mohini -looks like you had
a lovely time at the Market :)
I love these shots! I have lived in Seattle most of my life and you captured some of what makes the Market so special without the "touristy" shots. Lovely.
These photos are absolutely gorgeous.
I've always wanted to go to Seattle and visit Pike Place Market. Some day hopefully :)
